I have ordered online - what happens next?
Please look out for an email confirmation from us, make sure to check your junk mail if it’s not in your inbox. Each order is baked fresh and can take up to 5 business days to be ready for shipment.
How long does shipping take?
We ship all our cookies through Express shipping via Australia Post to ensure least amount on time on route. The shipping time frame will be dependent on where in Australia you are located, currently any orders sent within metro Melbourne will take up to 2 business days, any other metro areas within Australia will take up to 3 business days. If in doubt you can check estimated shipping time frames: Postage calculator & delivery times - Australia Post (auspost.com.au) Once your order has been dispatched we will provide you with a tracking number via Email.
We do our best to ensure the cookies arrive on or before the date that you request. However, there can be unforeseen postal delays which is out of Suga Mumma Bake’s control and cannot be held responsible for delays once your cookies have been shipped.
I need cookies urgently (under 5 business days) what can I do?
Contact us with your order details including quantity, shape, design and date required to see if we can process your order earlier - A priority fee of $15 may apply.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can! We are a home-based business and all pick-up times must be established prior to collection. We also offer contactless pick-up if we are not available at your preferred time and will leave your order by the door. Pick-up is in Keysborough and our address will be provided when a time is confirmed.
How long will my cookies last?
Our cookies are consumable for up to 2 months. All our cookies in our custom packs come individually packaged, this ensures that they arrive fresh. You will find the best before date on the box. Please make sure you keep your cookies in a cool, dry place.
Are your cookies/cupcakes allergy friendly?
No, please note that all of our cookies contain gluten, dairy, eggs and may contain traces of nuts.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. Item/s must be returned, please contact us to organise.
If you need to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, we will gladly refund you the full amount within 24 hours. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason post 24 hours of placing your order we will provide you a store credit for future use.
